Horizon Zero Dawn has already been optimized for the Pro so it doesn’t necessarily need a boost mode. Remember that boost mode is mostly for games released before the Pro. Those are the ones getting the biggest benefit. Games made after the Pro will already be developed with the system’s specifications in mind. You could already say they’re running in boost mode.
