Let’s break it down;

-Yet more talk, this time by Lex Luthor. Obviously spinning things to make Superman seem evil

-More space jesus imagery

-More out of context speech

-Superman flying

-Even more out of context talk

-Alfred making a speech while Bruce is practicing his Judge Dredd face

-Shot of the Batman suit

-Various shots of Batman doing ‘things’ mixed with logo shots. Note Batman somewhere high with a long range rifle.

-Finishes with Batman and Superman looking at each other doing nothing.

I understand they want to keep cards close to their chests, but even compared to the man of steel trailer it falls short.

Notice how the voice overs have visual context. It’s implied who is on screen is saying them.
Trailer tells a story a child sent to earth for reasons. He grows up conflicted and confused until he is forced to reveals himself.

I know what you saying but don’t compare it to your favorite trailer of the year
