Every game on the 360 is showing in 1080p through upscaling.

Forza 5 remains the only 1080p “native” 60fps next-generation only game on next-generation consoles.

Frame rate is the key.

What if you have a super beautiful woman, yet, she stutters so bad you can’t hold a conversation with her. The naked eye can’t even tell the difference between native 1080p & 1080p.

How about the PS4 reduce some of that fog in Killzone:SF & Infamous Second Son.
