Those who gave this game a low rating must have too high standards and expected something from this game what it’s not designed to do. Also the QTE usage is heavily exaggerated, there are about 2 boss battles I had to use them and the other stuff is throughout the game, at least it looks a ton better than slashing a hitbox for 10 minutes with a cutscene at the end.

I got my money’s worth out of it, but at least I can afford it without living on bread and water for 3 weeks. I don’t mind paying for quality. But then again, wouldn’t expect simple minded folk to be able to handle a heavily story-driven game. Whether one thinks this game isn’t fun is entirely up to them, nobody is forcing people to buy this game.

Also, if you’ve seen 2 hours of this game and only experienced 15 minutes playtime you did something wrong anyway. But like I said above, people with non-sensical standards and biased opinions like to exaggerate things.

It’s still gameplay though. :p

walking around doing qte isnt really fun or engaging

You must have seen a different game because the first 2 hours have a lot of gameplay in them. Gun fights and QTEs are actual gameplay. What isn’t are the cutscenes and while there are a lot, they do not outnumber the times you are actually in control of your character.

Have you played the game yourself? Or are you basing your opinions on what others say? The fact that you’re quoting review scores tells me you aren’t judging this based on what you personally have played.

There were and are plenty of bad movies that still receive sequels everyday lol At the end of the day money talks and if this game sells well you can damn well expect a sequel to be made lol

Everything is subjective of course. Fighter Within also got 1 couple 10 out of 10 ratings from people regardless of how ACTUALLY unplayable it was.

Dude it’s been reviewed anywhere from 1-100. If you’ve played it and have an opinion that the characters, story, design direction can’t be expanded upon in a sequel, cool. If you’re basing this on just what you’ve seen, that’s cool too.
