During Last week’s New York Comic Con, Nintendo revealed an awesome new trailer for The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds.
The video above showcases our hero as he navigates through the mysterious world of Lorule, a mirrored version of Hyrule. The very end of the trailer also introduces us to Zelda’s opposite in a princess by the name of Hilda. The video provides a nice balance of gameplay footage and cutscenes to go along with the signature soundtrack that continues to make the series a classic for many fans today.
This trailer comes only a week after the retail release of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD. Nintendo also just released Pokémon X and Y and the Nintendo 2DS just a few days ago. The Nintendo 3DS has had a phenomenal year for releases up to this point, and a brand new Zelda game is poised to give the studio a strong holiday sales season.
Senior Editor David Jagneaux wrote an in-depth piece on this 3DS Zelda game which can be found right HERE.
The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds will release in North America and Europe on November 22nd for both the Nintendo 3DS and 2DS handhelds. Did this trailer convince you to step back into the boots of one of Nintendo’s best heroes? Feel free to let us know in the comments section below.
