Microsoft opened their conference this year with a trailer for Gears of War 4. The trailer is included above for all of you to check out. They also announced that the game will be a Windows 10 and Xbox One exclusive and revealed an all-new special edition controller. An image of the newly designed controller is embedded below.
The gameplay trailer incorporated all of the gameplay elements that Gears fans have grown to love; huddle runs, painful locust executions, and similar weapons such as the Hammerburst and others. Towards the end, a cinematic trailer revealed one of our favorite characters sporting a head of grey hair and a familiar raspy voice — yes, Marcus Fenix!
Gears of War 4 launches worldwide on October 11th for Xbox One and Windows 10 compatible PCs.
