Earlier today, Ubisoft released a brand new trailer for their upcoming Splinter Cell: Blacklist video game.
The video above highlights Sam Fisher navigating through a Louisiana Natural Gas Plant and taking out any and every enemy that gets in his way. The gameplay demo lasts for about 6 minutes and shows off various ways that Sam will be able to silently take out his foes. Ubisoft had previously released a co-op trailer back in May to demonstrate how co-op missions will work in the game.
After having seen more of Splinter Cell: Blacklist during both PAX East and E3 2013, I’m very much looking forward to playing this game next month. The creators are attempting to go back to the roots of what made the original game such a hit and I believe the hardcore fans will be even more appreciative of them taking this approach.
Splinter Cell: Blacklist releases on August 20th in North America and on August 23rd in Europe for the PC, PlayStation 3, Wii U, and Xbox 360. Will you be picking up this game next month? Feel free to let us know in the comments section below.
