Nintendo Teases 2014 Wii U Lineup In New Video

Yesterday Nintendo released a new video over Youtube showing off their upcoming fall and 2014 lineup of Wii U exclusive games.

The video above features gameplay footage from Bayonetta 2, Super Smash Bros. U, Mario Kart 8, and an unnamed title currently being developed by Monolith Software Incorporated. In addition to these games being highlighted, Nintendo also shows off a few games coming out this fall. Future Nintendo Direct broadcasts are expected to reveal even more games for the Wii U in the months to come.

It’s no secret that up until now Nintendo has struggled to sell Wii U consoles in both the US and Europe. Many executives within the company have maintained the belief that the system will sell better once more games start coming out for it. While this video does a good job of previewing what’s ahead, Nintendo still has alot of work to do to fully get back on their feet. Given how great of a year the 3DS has had, I’m fully confident that it’s only a matter of time before the Wii U follows suit.

Are you excited for any of the games coming to the Wii U this fall and in 2014? Are you convinced that Nintendo can get the Wii U back on track? Feel free to let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
