Earlier today, Kotaku released a very interesting report confirming that Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is scheduled to release worldwide on September 1st. This news comes courtesy of a video that was leaked by IGN Italia and is now being saved to coincide with Hideo Kojima’s official announcement planned for early tomorrow morning. Below is a screenshot of the video taken directly by NeoGAF poster Nibel.
The official video has since been taken down, but should resurface again tomorrow morning.
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain will launch on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360.
