According to the good folks at Game Informer two Capcom/Namco crossover games are in the works, one developed by Capcom using the Street Fighter engine and the other developed by Namco using the Tekken engine. SFIV producer Yoshinori Ono who recently tweeted “SuperSF4 is nothing compared to what’s coming” is said to be behind the Capcom project with Tekken producer Katsuhiro Harada taking the reins of the Namco game.
Both games are rumored to be announced this weekend at San Diego Comic Con, until then let’s all hold hands and pray that this isn’t some elaborate hoax.
