The zombie killing photographer known as Frank West wasn’t in Fortune City, (Dead Rising 2) but what if he was? That is the question. Dead Rising 2: Off The Record is the answer. Capcom has just lifted its embargo on all of its content that was revealed at last weeks Captivate event, one of those reveals was this game. Dead Rising 2: Off The Record isn’t your usual re-release, instead, the game will feature Frank West as the hero of Fortune City as oppose to Chuck Greene.
The game won’t be as simple as that. It is also said to have an explanation and a narrative as to why Frank West would even be in Fortune City. Along with new psychos, locations, weapons, and more. As for gameplay, reports are saying that photography will play a bigger role in this game than in Dead Rising 2.
Some people may call Dead Rising 2: Off The Record lazy, some may say it’s genius. All I can say for myself right now is that I am intrigued. Let me know what you think and check out the reveal trailer for the game below.
