Last year we saw the return of the James Bond game that everyone was asking for, of course I’m speaking of GoldenEye. The bad news was that the game would only be available on Wii. Surprisingly enough, the game turned out fine on the Wii and gamers have been clamoring for a true HD version of the game. Fair enough, Activision heard you. GoldenEye 007: Reloaded is coming to the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 this fall.
“We are beyond ecstatic to debut GoldenEye 007: Reloaded to the millions of fans who have been clamoring for it to arrive on Sony and Microsoft home consoles,” said David Oxford, Executive Vice President at Activision Publishing. “And now with full PlayStation Move functionality, 007 fans all around the world can play the game in full HD in more ways than ever before.”
The press release goes on to speak on the Move functionality, “promising the most immersive and interactive Bond game to date”. The game is also said to boast the HD visuals we expect, 60 frames per second, new ‘Mi6 Ops Missions’, and “more multiplayer maps, weapons, and characters than ever before”. Sounds great to me so far.
That’s all the news on the game as of now. GoldenEye 007: Reloaded is due out this fall.
