With E3 literally hours away from beginning, Capcom has decided to release a new trailer for the highly anticipated next entry in the popular Resident Evil franchise. Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City is a period piece title with events that take place between Resident Evil 2 and 3, and further explains what happened to past characters in the series.
