Earlier today, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment revealed the official launch trailer from their highly anticipated Batman: Arkham Origins video game.
The video above is titled “Personal Mission” and it dives into the engaging narrative behind Arkham Origins. We get a glimpse of the caped crusader’s trials and tribulations along with the Black Mask’s personal exploits into crime and power. The trailer showcases a healthy balance between both gameplay footage and cinematic cutscenes.
This trailer comes after a week full of Arkham Origins videos with the most recent one showing off 17-minutes of gameplay. With so much content being released in a short span of time, it’s more than evident that Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment is pulling out all the stops on Arkham Origins. There will no doubt be many people who will be especially eager to see if this game is on par with the previous entries in the series. If you’re still on the fence about Arkham Origins, then I would encourage you come back here early next week to check out my full in-depth review of the game.
Batman: Arkham Origins launches worldwide on October 25th and will be available for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii U, and PC. What do you all think of the launch trailer? Did it convince any of you to pickup the game or will you be passing on this title to save up for next-gen console purchases instead?
