We already knew that Valve was bringing a ton of stuff to GDC this month, but according to Gamasutra, they also have plans to bring their previously unannounced VR device, SteamVR.
Along with some new iterations to their Steam Machines, Valve had already said it planned on bringing the final design for the Steam controller, “new living room designs” (whatever that means), and now their first place to show off a VR device.
Valve has mentioned SteamVR not many times before; there is a support section for it on it’s site, but this is the first time they’ve actually spoken about it and will have it on site for anyone to see. It will also be interesting to see what the final design for their controller will be, as there has been multiple tweaks to it after some initial criticism.
