Yesterday afternoon, Mortal Kombat Creator Ed Boon confirmed via Twitter that Injustice 2 is scheduled to launch worldwide on May 16th. The highly anticipated sequel is expected to debut on PC, PS4, Xbox One, iOS and Android devices. There’s no official word on a Nintendo Switch version being in development, but I’m guessing we will hear more about that soon. The tweet can be seen embedded below.

According to Warner Bros. Interactive, Injustice 2 is expected to have the biggest DC roster ever offered in a fighting game. Below is a quick list of all the confirmed characters so far:
