During the E3 PC Gaming Show, the head of Xbox Phil Spencer announced that Killer Instinct is coming to PC.
“There are a lot of opportunities for cross-platform,” adding that some games work better on a TV, some on a PC with mouse and keyboard, and it’s not wise to force developers into anything.
We’re so excited to share that KI is coming to Win 10 at E3 – but we don’t have any more to share at this time. pic.twitter.com/parhAY0uSd

Iron Galaxy’s Dave Lang later confirmed on Twitter that the game will support cross-play between PC and Xbox One. So if you get the PC version, all the DLCs from the Xbox One will also be available on PC as well.
Cross-Play confirmed. Also, whatever you’ve bought on XBox One will be there, waiting for you dutifully on Windows 10 #KillerInstinct
