Episode 3 City of Flowers, starts with a surprising 1-year time jump. A lot has happened within this time, such as Ka’ianaa has learned how to use a musket and some English, thanks to his crewmate Tony. With that said, Ka’iana still only has one goal in mind, which is to return home with guns…lots of guns. Meanwhile, Ka’ahumanu was able to put off her marriage to Kamehameha during this year to focus on learning English from John Young.
