New Injustice: Gods Among Us Trailer Is Badass

Today, Warner Bros. Interactive officially revealed the latest trailer for their upcoming Injustice: Gods Among Us video game. The trailer highlights both CG and gameplay sequences centered around several characters as they prepare to wage war on one another. The character who shines the most in the above video is Superman's Arch nemesis, Lex Luther.

As a fan of all the previous Mortal Kombat games, I'm slowly starting to warm up to the idea of trying out this game but am still disappointed by the lack of gore in the actual game itself. Still, there is no denying that this trailer is very impressive and will definitely keep hardcore DC Comics fans eagerly awaiting the game's launch in the months ahead.

Injustice: Gods Among Us releases on April 16th (in North America) and April 19th (in Europe) for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Wii U.
