Tomb Raider’s Female Hip-Hop Playlist

Lara Croft is back!

So, to mark today’s reboot of the “Tomb Raider franchise by Square Enix, The Koalition has put together a playlist fully comprising of classic female MC’s.

The Tomb Raider playlist consists of what are regarded as the best female rappers to ever drop in the Hip-Hop industry. The playlist contains artists such as Lil’ Kim (with her 2003 hit “Magic Stick“), Foxy Brown (“Ill Na Na” featuring Method Man) and Rah Digga with “Party & Bullshit“.

Legendary rap queens (pun-intended) Queen Latifah (“U.N.I.T.Y” from her 3rd album “Black Reign“), MC Lyte (1988 track “Lyte As A Rock“) and Fugees alumni Lauryn Hill (1998 debut single “Doo-Wop That Thing“).

Other noteable female MC’s included in the Tomb Raider playlist are Yo-Yo, Da Brat, Jean Grae, Missy Elliot & Eve.
