Konami has announced the first post-Kojima next Metal Gear game. Metal Gear Survive is described as a 4-player co-op stealth game that will explore themes from the previous Metal Gear games. The story is also said to follow Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes in an alternate timeline.
Metal Gear Survive is due out for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC via Steam in 2017. So it seems they’ve been planning this for some time.
How will fans of Hideo Kojima react to this game? Only time will tell.
