The rumors were true, Bioware has started development on Mass Effect 3. The third installment of the series received a full reveal at last nights VGAs. The trailer shows off some great CG work but more importantly it gives us some info on the game. For one, Commander Sheppard is coming to planet Earth. I’m excited to see Bioware’s futuristic vision of what Earth should look like.
Mass Effect 3 is due out Holiday 2011 on Xbox 360, PC, and PS3. The confirmation of a PS3 version comes to us via EA exec, Patrick Buechner on Twitter. Check out the reveal trailer below.
