It’s been quite a while since DICE has put out any content for Battlefield 2142, but years later 1.51 is officially ready for download. Weighing in at around 2GB, BF2142 1.51 will add all the content from the Norther Strike booster pack for free to all users, as well as a few new community maps to round out the final map list. Other than that, minor bugfixes include better security and hit detection. Past comments by community managers have indicated once this last patch was out that the game will show up on Steam, as well as other digital distribution services as well.
