Today, Bethesda announced that the Skyrim downloadable content: Dawnguard, Hearthfire, and Dragonborn will finally be arriving to the PlayStation 3 this February.
According to the developers creating the DLC for the PS3 had been more difficult than they had expected, which is why Skyrim’s DLC had been an Xbox 360 and PC exclusive since release. In an attempt to make up for their errors, all three DLC’s will be half price for a week after they launch.
With the content coming so long after its original release on other platforms, PS3 owners might have moved on to other games by now or might feel they have been dealt the short straw by having to wait for so long. One advantage with the delay is that they can read up on whether the DLC is actually any good before purchasing.
Do you feel annoyed at getting the DLC so late? Will you be purchasing any of these? Let me know in the comments below.
