Sony to End Support for Ustream on August 1

Sony Interactive Entertainment announced it will stop support for Ustream on August 1st.

You will no longer be able to broadcast gameplay to Ustream or view Ustream broadcasts on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, PlayStation App.

You can still broadcast gameplay to YouTube, Twitch, and Dailymotion.


Support for Ustream broadcasting was confirmed when the PS4 was officially unveiled in 2013. Ustream support via the PS4’s Share button was available at the console’s launch. Sony added Dailymotion and YouTube streaming support in 2015.
