Last year, a game by the name of Candleman launched on Xbox One and grew a small but dedicated fan base. These fans praised its unique platforming mechanics and gorgeous art style.
Now, a complete edition of the game is coming to Steam on January 31st. Candleman: The Complete Journey includes the same challenging gameplay but also brings with it an extra DLC chapter and a new Time Challenge mode. The PC version is enhanced to include framerate optimizations and support for resolutions up to 4K.
Candleman is being ported over by the developers, Spotlightor Interactive, and is being published by Zodiac Interactive. The game will launch on January 31st, 2018 for $14.99.
Hosted initially on Kongregate, Candleman was eventually picked up by the ID@Xbox program and redeveloped in Unity for the platform. It was given a brand new story, enhanced graphics, refined gameplay, and a new platform to exist on. While waiting for the PC release, you can still play the original here.
