The trailer for the upcoming Melissa McCarthy comedy, Life of the Party has released.

Directed by Ben Falcone, Life of the Party focuses on longtime dedicated housewife Deanna (McCarthy) who turns regret into re-set by going back to college after her husband suddenly dumps her.

Deanna lands in the same class and school as her daughter, who’s not entirely sold on the idea. Plunging headlong into the campus experience, the increasingly outspoken Deanna–now going by Dee Rock–embraces freedom, fun and frat boys on her own terms, finding her true self in a senior year no one ever expected.

The film also stars Gillian Jacobs, Maya Rudolph, Julie Bowen, Matt Walsh, Molly Gordon, with Stephen Root, and Oscar nominee Jacki Weaver, as well as Jessie Ennis, Adria Arjona, Debby Ryan and Jimmy O. Yang.

Life of the Party is slated for release on May 11, 2018.
