At the end of tonight’s Capcom Pro Tour Finals, Street Fighter 6 was officially announced alongside a brief teaser trailer. The video is embedded above while a follow-up tweet regarding when we will get more news is included below.

Street Fighter V was released back in February of 2016 for PlayStation 4 and Microsoft Windows. As of this writing, it’s currently unclear if Street Fighter 6 will be released in the same manner or appear on Xbox consoles as well. Stay tuned for more details on this developing story in the months ahead.
