Last week we were surprised with Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War, now this week we get another goodie from DC Comics and Warner Bros in the form of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. This is the second trailer for the film, and at three minutes long we get to see a whole lot more than we did before.
The premise of the plot begins to unravel before our eyes as we see Bruce Wayne engage Clark Kent in a very subliminal conversation in which both men attack each others costume alter-ego. There’s a slick reference to The Joker right before the conversation gets interrupted by Lex Luthor, who may or may not have orchestrated this entire face off between the two men.
We then get to see a montage of action sequences before the big reveal at the end that introduces Doomsday. Now there’s a lot that can be said about this appearance, but at this point I’ll leave it to you guys to discuss in the comments once you watch the trailer.
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is set for release in just under four months, on March 25th 2016. Make sure your body is ready.
