Earlier today, Ubisoft released a brand new global threat story trailer for their upcoming Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint video game. The video is conveniently embedded above for all of you to check out.
Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint is the narrative sequel to Ghost Recon Wildlands and takes place on a fictional island in the Pacific Ocean named Aurora. Special Forces Operative Nomad travels to the island to investigate a string of disturbing incidents caused by a local military contractor named Skell Technology. The trailer above poses the question of what could happen if technology turns against humanity.
The presentation of this trailer is very reminiscent of The Division in how it breaks down information. There’s still so much to learn about this game and I look forward to seeing more of it next month.
Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint launches on October 4th for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. Stay tuned for more coverage on this game as we expect to learn more about it during E3 2019. Are any of you planning on picking up this game when it launches later this year? Please feel free to let us know in the comments section below.
