I had the good pleasure on Friday to speak to Quincy Jones III also known to the hiphop and multimedia world as QD3. Mostly famous for his dvd’s and video productions, but Quincy got his start on the music side which shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone. With the endless knowledge of the media and music industry he helped shape the Scratch Ultimate DJ game to what it is today. The keyword here is ‘authenticity’. What separates Scratch from DJ Hero? What kind of music can we expect to play with? Will this game spark creativity, and make people aspire to be producers? Listen to find out.
