The announcement came at Gamescom that popular open world shooter S.T.A.L.K.E.R. will be receiving a sequel after sales have shown that the series has 4 million copies worldwide. The game is set to arrive in 2012 using completely new multi-platform technology that’s being built by GSC Game World, also the next installment will continue into the next chapter of the game universe. Although we haven’t been shown anything yet this game is looking to make an impact and give more to the fans of the series.
