Now this is a great gameplay trailer. EA just dropped a new trailer for Battlefield 3, giving us the first look at jet gameplay. The trailer looks gorgeous running on PC. The action looks incredible with 64-players battling it out….on PC. And that is where my love/hate relationship with the Battlefield series usually ends up.
Battlefield 3 will no doubt be a better game on PC than on the consoles. Well I don’t have a high-end PC to run the game so I’m shit out of luck. The console versions of Battlefield always irked me because 16-players is way too small for the big maps that DICE develops and I don’t end up seeing as much action because of it. So while I’m highly impressed by the latest trailer, I’m just not falling into the hype. If you have a high-end PC then have fun, but if you’re buying this on console don’t expect to see most of what you saw here.
