Today, Ubisoft announced the name of the third game in the Call Of Juarez franchise, its called Call of Juarez: The Cartel and it takes place in a “modern setting”, Yes you did read that correctly. Call Of Juarez has gone all Modern Warfare on your ass, but with a slight twist. This time around you won’t be roaming the baron wastelands of the wild west. You will be doing business with the Cartels of Los Angeles and Juarez, Mexico.
Caroline Stevens, EMEA brand director at Ubisoft describes what to expect from the game,
“Call of Juarez The Cartel is an action-packed shooter game with a strong story, interesting characters and a wide variety of gameplay options,”. “The game will bring the best elements of the Wild West into modern times with a very gritty and relevant plot.”
I like how she said strong story, it makes me think they referenced the very popular soap “El Cartel”, it managed to create a good story without crossing the line.
Call Of Juarez:The Cartel is coming this summer for Xbox 360,PS3,PC.
