NIS America shared with us gameplay footage and screenshots of The Witch and the Hundred Knights for your enjoyment. NIS America has also revealed the release dates for North American and European versions of the game. The Witch and the Hundred Knights will first arrive in Europe on March 21, 2014, and it will later come to North America on March 25, 2014.
The Witch and the Hundred Knights is a game from Disgaea developers Nippon Ichi Software. It’s a hack n’ slash RPG about two witches who have been at odds for over a century. Metallia–try not to confuse it with Metallica like Wikipedia did–has come across the Hundred Knight, whom she hopes to use as an advantage against her rival. According to a NIS America’s press release, The Witch and the Hundred Knights will feature
- A hundred knights at your command: A plethora of ways to utilize your 100-man team!
- Multiple weapons: Equip up to 5 weapons to maximize your combo abilities!
- Chain attacks: The higher you build your chain, the greater damage you will unleash!
The game has been out in Japan since July 2013, so it’s nice to see that the game is nearing it’s release date for western shores. In the meantime, check out the gameplay footage above and the screenshots below, dood!
