If you’re like me and have your hard drives pretty much always full then you might have to clear some space before September because Grand Theft Auto 5 requires an 8GB install on both Xbox 360 and PS3.
As explained in a Rockstar Q&A: “For Xbox 360, Grand Theft Auto V will ship on two discs; Disc 1 will be used for a one-time mandatory install and Disc 2 will be used to play the game.”
So the 360 version has two discs, although one of those is for installations purposes only, meaning no disc-swapping! The PS3 version is only one disc but also requires the 8GB install the first time you put in the disc.
GTA V is going to be a very big game; so it makes sense that it needs a large install, hopefully people have enough hard drive space, I know that some 360’s only have small hard drives and that might cause a problem for a few.
