Earlier this morning, Warner Bros. Interactive revealed a brand new sneak peek trailer for their upcoming LEGO Marvel Super Heroes video game.
Slated for a fall release, LEGO Marvel Super Heroes is expected to boast a massive roster of over 100 memorable marvel characters all with their own unique brand of powers, abilities, and weaknesses. The video above gives a very brief preview of a few members and leaves many fans to ponder over who else will be in the game.
In addition to the above trailer, preorder details have also emerged for the game. Those who preorder LEGO Marvel Super Heroes at select retailers will receive the following:
- Pre-order the console version through Walmart and receive an ultra exclusive Iron Patriot mini-fig when the game releases.
- Receive a fun Spidey keychain when you pre-order any version through GameStop (available when the game releases). Power Up Rewards members who pre-order through the retailer also receive the DLC pack for free (PS3 and X360 only). Visit GameStop or GameStop.com for details.
- Those who pre-order through Amazon will get a $10 games credit automatically applied to their Amazon account.
After the critical success and appeal of the LEGO Batman games, I must admit that I’m definitely eager to try this game out. While the trailer is extremely short in context, it carries enough of a teaser to get both LEGO and Marvel Comics fans equally excited about it’s release. Hopefully, E3 will reveal more about this game along with gameplay footage and a batch of fresh trailers to check out.
