During yesterday’s Gamescom conference, Crytek unveiled the latest CryEngine demo running exclusively on next gen consoles.
The impressive video above shows off several features including complex simulations, and advanced weather dynamics. The technology looks stunning and it will no doubt be interesting to see what other games are created from it. Crytek also stated that these tools can be used to develop games for the Wii U. Given that the Crysis series has never been on a Nintendo console, it would be interesting to see if this trend changes moving forward.
