The final DLC pack for Saints Row IV has been released, How The Saints Saved Christmas features some festive goodies as well as new story missions.
The pack which is available for ‘free’ if you bought the season pass features three new story missions, as well as a Christmassy Dubstep Gun, a Red Rider BB Gun and some Christmas vehicles like Santa’s Sleigh. The basis for the DLC is that Santa gets stuck in the simulation and you need to save him, otherwise Christmas will be ruined for everyone!
Here’s the official description of the DLC:
“Experience a Christmas story, told the Saints style! Santa is trapped inside the simulation, but the Scrooge-like boss of the Third Street Saints can’t muster enough festive spirit to save him. Can the Saints help the boss discover the true meaning of the season in time?
Jump on Santa’s Sleigh, wield the North Pole and bring back holiday cheer to everyone! A holiday classic for the whole family!”
For everyone who doesn’t have the season pass, How The Saints Saved Christmas costs $7, a worthy investment to fly around in Santa’s Sleigh if you ask me…
Let me know in the comments if you’re going to be getting the DLC, only two DLC packs seems to be awfully short to me, I was hoping for a little more than that from the game.
