Detroit representative and ever consistent Black Milk has dropped another treat for our ears with If There’s A Hell Below. Ever since I caught wind of him through his work with fellow Detroit native Elzhi, it’s been dope release after dope release. Often, Black Milk allows the music to speak loudest and his production definitely hits. Other times, Black reminds that he’s not to be slept on a lyricist either. With artist like Elzhi, Fat Cat, Royce Da 5’9″ and others in company, it’s no surprise that he’s no slouch on the mic.
Feel free to check out the full album below and look forward to the next Knights of the Turntable podcast when the team offers up their First Impression. With such a traffic jam going on this month with music releases, we’ll let you know if this Black Milk and If There’s A Hell Below stand out from the rest.
