Naughty Dog took to their blog to provide gamers an update regarding the lengthy matchmaking times when playing The Last of Us & The Last of Us: Remastered online. They are still working aggressively in trying to resolve the matchmaking issues, but have yet to confirm an exact date when the updates will go live. They did, however, estimate that the updates will roll out in a “matter of weeks.”
Naughty Dog knows that the wait is frustrating and to show appreciation to their fans, they have decided to release two new upcoming maps for free on both the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 versions of The Last of Us. The maps are for Factions, which they’ve teased last month as part of their new multiplayer add on-content that will be coming soon.
