Batgirl DLC Postponed On PC Until Batman: Arkham Knight is Fixed

Warner Bros is postponing the heavily advertised Batgirl DLC for Batman: Arkham Knight on the PC, until the version of the game is fixed. Rocksteady is still hard at work fixing all of the reported issues, which means extra content for the game will be suspended in the interim.

A community manager on the WB forum posted the following. “Our continued focus on getting the right PC fixes in place for the main game has had an impact on the development of all DLC content for the PC version of the game.” They also went on to say that they will release a status update on the progress of the PC version ‘next week.’

“Our highest priority is ensuring PC users get the full, high quality experience of Batman: Arkham Knight they deserve,” the post reads. “Once the PC version is fully updated, Rocksteady and all parties will agree that it meets a superior quality bar and we will then make the game available for sale.”

The Batgirl DLC is set to go live on other platforms tomorrow (July 14th) for those who pre-ordered the game, and July 21st for everyone else. PC gamers who bought the game are likely to be outraged at waiting for their promised extra content.
