ALL EYEZ ON ME Celebrates Mother’s Day 2017 with a New Clip

It’s time to get back in touch with the woman who gave you life: your mother. Mother’s Day is just around the corner (Sunday, May 14) and in celebration of all things mommy, the beloved lyrics of Tupac Shakur’s “Dear Mama,” is showcased in ALL EYEZ ON ME. Take a closer look at the strong relationship between Tupac (Demetrius Shipp) and his mother, Afeni Shakur (Danai Gurira).

ALL EYEZ ON ME tells the true and untold story of prolific rapper, actor, poet and activist Tupac Shakur. The film follows Shakur from his early days in New York City to his evolution into being one of the world’s most recognized and influential voices before his untimely death at the age of 25. Against all odds, Shakur’s raw talent, powerful lyrics and revolutionary mind-set propelled him into becoming a cultural icon whose legacy continues to grow long after his passing.

The film stars Kat Graham, Lauren Cohan, Hill Harper, Jamal Woolard, Danai Gurira and Demetrius Shipp Jr. as Tupac Shakur.

ALL EYEZ ON ME will release in theaters on June 16th.

Former genius and a woman of mystery and power, whose power is exceeded only by her mystery, Dana Abercrombie has been watching movies since birth (yes birth...we did say "genius"). Despite her secret desire of wanting to give it all up to become a gorgeous billionaire, Dana is most passionate politics about movies often times getting in many heated debates resulting in being thrown out of many gatherings.
