Talk show host Ellen DeGeneres and Ellen Digital Ventures announced today the release of their new app, Hot Hands, a fast and furious tip-of-the-tongue game from The Ellen DeGeneres Show and the creators of the immensely popular game Heads Up!, combining all the fun of celebrities and pop-culture savvy with a big red button.
“Hot Hands” is available today for FREE on the App Store and on Google Play. Players who download the app and play the game today can enter to win a trip to play Hot Hands live with Ellen on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
The game includes a variety of categories such as TV Stars, Award Winners, Musicians, Millennials and more. A picture of a celebrity appears on the screen and players have three seconds to shout out their name and press the big red button before moving on to the next celebrity photo to see how many they can get right within 30 seconds. As an alternative to saying the names out loud, players can use Multiple Choice and Initials modes. Players can also challenge their friends to compete in Multiplayer mode.
