October proved to be the best month for video game releases capped off with the launches of Super Mario Odyssey, Assassin’s Creed: Origins and Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus all on the same day. With Thanksgiving and Christmas right around the corner, there are still a few more upcoming titles that gamers should be mindful of. Highly anticipated games like Call of Duty: WWII and Star Wars Battlefront II are two solid examples of what’s ahead. The following is a quick list of several November titles that may be worth both your time and money.

Call of Duty: WWII is an upcoming first-person shooter developed by Sledgehammer Games and the fourteenth installment in the Call of Duty series. WWII takes place during the European theatre of World War II and focuses primarily on the trials and tribulations of Private Ronald “Red” Daniels and Private First Class Robert Zussman as they experience nonstop carnage on the battlefield. If you’re a diehard Call of Duty fan and you love World War II stories, then this game should definitely be on your radar.

Need for Speed Payback is an upcoming racing game developed by Ghost Games and the twenty-third installment in the long-running Need for Speed series. This open-world racing game takes place in Fortune Valley and includes a story that follows three main protagonists who join forces to take down a dangerous cartel. Racing game fans who need a break from Forza Motorsport 7 and Gran Turismo Sport should definitely consider picking this one up.

If you’re a huge Star Wars fan, then Battlefront II is definitely worth your hard earned money.

The Inpatient is an upcoming psychological survival horror game developed by the talented team over at Supermassive Games. After reviewing Hidden Agenda, I can personally say that Supermassive makes great titles and you should strongly consider checking this one out as soon as possible.
