During The Game Awards show this past Thursday night, ID@Xbox Senior Director Chris Charla revealed the official Winter of Arcade games lineup via a blog post on their dedicated Xbox news website. The promotion is going on now and ends on December 21st. The trailer embedded above highlights all nine of the titles while the brief descriptions above give fans a better idea of what to expect from every game.
Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom – Available Now
A legendary series returns with a brand new adventure! Enjoy a colorful action-adventure game made alongside Ryuichi Nishizawa, creator of the original Wonder Boy in Monster World series. Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom borrows the best from the classic series to deliver a fresh, modern adventure with fun gameplay, memorable music, and gorgeous hand-drawn animations.
Mutant Year Zero (Xbox Game Pass) – Available Now
A tactical adventure game combining the turn-based combat of XCOM with story, exploration, stealth, and strategy. Take control of a team of Mutants navigating a post-human Earth. Created by a team including former HITMAN leads and the designer of PAYDAY.
Subnautica – Available Now
