As a mixed-raced person, there’s nothing like watching a show that finally understands your struggles by being able to laugh at the ridiculousness of trying to fit in into a society that wants you to “pick a side.”
Mixed-ish is more than just a source of entertainment, it’s there to educate those about something that’s often shrugged off by society. Similar to Black-ish and Grown-ish, bring to light relatable situations with bringing the truth.
In tonight’s episode of Mixed-ish, “The Warrior” – For Rainbow and Alicia, fitting in at school and standing out at work are hard enough; but with the added pressure from stay-at-home dad Paul to make the world a little better every day, it might just be impossible, on an all new episode of “mixed-ish,” airing TUESDAY, OCT. 1 (9:00-9:30 p.m. EDT), on ABC.
