If you’re a longtime visitor of The Koalition or The Throwdownshow then you are aware of my obsession with Tom Clancy’s The Division franchise. To say I’m a “fan” of this franchise would be an extreme understatement.
So, when we first were teased about a possible new DLC arriving last year that showed the Brooklyn Bridge, I was over the moon. Not only because it’s a full-blown new DLC pack, but that it also takes place in my hometown of Brooklyn.

Well, the year had come and gone, and this new DLC was delayed. Thankfully, the wait is almost over. On Wednesday, 23rd 2025, Ubisoft had a Division 2 showcase (see video above) that breaks down everything we need to know about the DLC titled Battle for Brooklyn. Below are some key points.
- A new main mission with 8–10-hour completion time (not sure if that time also includes all side activities which can vary in time based on difficulty setting)
- 4 control points, 12 living world activities, 10 bounty locations
- 50 stash slots
- Can be played solo or in co-op
- 8 new hunters and 8 new masks
- New unlockable skills and the return of Smart cover from TD1
- New modifiers and collectibles
- Level 40 boost so players can jump right in, Ideal for new players
- Battle for Brooklyn DLC will cost $14.99 (XBOX, PlayStation, and PC)
- Division 2 gold and ultimate editions will now include Battle for Brooklyn
- Battle for Brooklyn releases May 27th 2025

I highly recommend you watch The Division 2 showcase in full to see all the additional quality of life improvements made, along with the developers explaining the future plans for year 7. I can’t wait to jump back in with the fellas and clean up the streets of Brooklyn, LET’S GOOO!!!
