A few weeks ago, EA officially unveiled EA Sports UFC 3. During the reveal, we were given details on what the game has to offer and how it was moving the franchise forward with its new and innovative gameplay features. The game is set to release early next year, but today, players can get a taste of what to expect with the launch of the official EA Sports UFC 3 open beta for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
The open beta features four different game modes for users to try out. They are Fight Now, Online Quick Fight, Practice Mode and UFC Ultimate Team. In each of the game modes, players will get to experience Real Player Motion (RPM) Tech, which is EA Sports’ newest animation technology. The previous UFC games already featured stunning animation, but RPM takes things to a whole other level with well over 5,000 new animations completely redone from the ground up. Users can now move and strike at the same time, making the whole experience more authentic.
Expect EA Sports UFC 3 to launch on February 2, 2018 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Pre-ordering the Champions Edition gives players three days early access to the full game, the choice of one current of former UFC champion as a Champion Fighter item in UFC Ultimate Team, and 20 Premium Packs in Ultimate Team. Champion Fighters include Anderson Silva, Joanna Jedrzejczyk, Conor McGregor, Demetrious Johnson, or Georges St-Pierre.
