Anthony Check (CM Punk) is back in town and wastes no time gathering up his brothers and setting out to find their next reviver target. Deputy McCray (aka Rattail) confesses to being a revival parts smuggler for the Check brothers while also confirming there is a big boss pulling all the strings and offering huge payouts for these parts. Meanwhile, Dana is still in the hospital trying to recover, but unfortunately, someone pays her a visit to try and make this hospital stay permanent.
